From 3 October 2019 the event "Sapori d’Italia at Rossini Restaurant" will start at the Hotel Quirinale. 20 weeks, one for each Italian region, during which we will discover colors, flavors and scents of our beautiful country through some of the most representative dishes of the Italian tradition.
